Make sure your order number, name, address, email, phone number, and instructions are clearly indicated along with any comments.
All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Dermal Hub.
In either case, you must also present the receipt received in your original parcel.
Please note Dermal Hub is not responsible for return delivery costs unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

The items are with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels attached and in the original packaging.
