RETURN PROCESS

Step 1.   You can return the faulty item by first filling in our returns form, found on our website - www.dermalhub.com.au.

Step 2.   Post the faulty item to our Online Store Returns/Exchange address below.

  • Make sure your order number, name, address, email, phone number, and instructions are clearly indicated along with any comments.

  • All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Dermal Hub.

  • In either case, you must also present the receipt received in your original parcel.

 

Please note Dermal Hub is not responsible for return delivery costs unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of the outcome.

 

Upon approval, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. If there are any concerns regarding your refund, contact us via email at 

REFUND POLICY

 

In accordance with your Statutory rights we will happily exchange or offer a refund, providing the following conditions have been met:

 

  • The items are with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels attached and in the original packaging.

  • Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, (please refer to our warranty policy) email us at admin@dermalhub.com.au
