SHIPPING & RETURNS
In accordance to your Statutory rights we will happily exchange or offer a refund, providing the following conditions have been met:
The items are with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in original condition as purchased with all labels attached and in the original packaging.
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, (please refer to our warranty policy) email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 1. You can return the faulty item by first filling in our returns form, found on our website - www.dermalhub.com.au.
Step 2. Post the faulty visor to our Online Store Returns/Exchange address below.

Make sure your order number, name, address, email, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated along with any comments.
All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Dermal Hub.
In either case, you must also present the receipt received in your original parcel.
Please note Dermal Hub is not responsible for return delivery costs unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of the outcome.
Upon approval refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Dermal Hub- Halo visors are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Your Dermal Hub warranty is only valid with a proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, fading or peeling, forehead padding insert deterioration; and distortion of visor shape due to incorrect product care . Any alterations to the visor will void your warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.
Visor should be kept in their protective pouch when not being worn- refer to product care sheet provided.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE/COST?
Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Parcel Post with Australia Post.
Please note: Delivery days do not include public holidays. We are unable to change your shipping method once you have placed your order.

DELIVERY OF PURCHASE
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by incorrect information provided by the purchaser, such as; address and contact details.
You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchases safe until they've reached you - promise! Your order will be processed and shipped through Australia Post as soon as possible. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver, and provide you with details on where the parcel is being held.
Delivery Processing Time
Before we can send your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.
While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified delivery time frame.
Please note: Our warehouse processing time is included in the estimate below.

We offer express delivery - $15 (for orders within Australia)
Express orders placed weekdays before 2pm AEST will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed outside of these times will leave the next business day (upon confirmation of your details with your card issuer).
If the order is placed after 2pm on a Friday, or on the weekend, the order will be dispatched on Monday.
Delivery time will then be based on Australia Post.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Products purchased on this website can be delivered outside of Australia.
If you are based overseas, we are happy to assist you. We will calculate your shipping costs when you place your order (Australia Post Shipping cost plus standard processing fee A$30 - . We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient (you). Unfortunately, these charges are out of Dermal Hub’s hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we are unable to predict what your particular charges may be and are not included in the cost of delivery. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected shipping charges and delays at your end.
Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
WHAT ABOUT LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS?
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team email@example.com Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST. For orders within Australia allow 7-10 working days. If you have not received your order within 7 working days (10 for regional areas), please contact us so that we can assist you. For international delivery periods allow up to 14 working days, if you have not received your order within this time please contact us so that we can assist you.
